Welcome to Ayoshub.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your registration and participation as a Partner/Provider on the platform.
By registering as a Partner/Provider, you agree to comply with the following terms.
Ayoshub.com (“Ayoshub,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an on-demand services platform that connects Customers with independent service providers.
These Terms apply to all individuals or entities registering as Partners/Providers on Ayoshub.com.
By registering as a Partner/Provider, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, joint venture partner, or representative of Ayoshub.
Ayoshub does not control how you perform your services.
You are responsible for your own taxes, government contributions, licenses, and permits.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship.
To qualify as a Partner/Provider, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
Possess necessary skills, qualifications, licenses, and certifications required for your services.
Maintain valid government-issued identification.
Ayoshub reserves the right to verify credentials and deny or revoke approval at its discretion.
As a Partner/Provider, you agree to:
Deliver services professionally, safely, and competently.
Follow all applicable Philippine laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Perform only the services you are qualified and authorized to provide.
Clearly communicate scope, pricing adjustments, and timelines to Customers.
You shall not offer illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized services through the platform.
Service pricing may be agreed upon between you and the Customer or guided by platform standards.
Ayoshub may charge a service fee, commission, or platform fee (if applicable).
You agree to pay any applicable platform fees as agreed during onboarding.
You shall not circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.
Payment terms will depend on the platform’s operational model (direct payment or platform-facilitated).
You are responsible for issuing receipts when required.
You are responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes.
Ayoshub is not responsible for unpaid amounts resulting from disputes unless otherwise specified in platform policy.
Partners/Providers agree to:
Treat Customers respectfully and professionally.
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
Maintain punctuality and proper communication.
Maintain confidentiality of Customer information.
Any misconduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
You are solely responsible for:
Providing your own tools, equipment, materials, and transportation.
Ensuring that your tools and equipment are safe and in good working condition.
Following proper occupational safety procedures.
Securing necessary insurance coverage (if applicable).
Ayoshub is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from your work performance.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayoshub from:
Claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your services.
Negligence, misconduct, or violation of laws.
Customer complaints resulting from service performance.
Ayoshub acts only as a connecting platform and shall not be liable for service-related disputes.
Customers may leave ratings or reviews.
You agree that Ayoshub may publish reviews on the platform.
Ayoshub reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.
Repeated negative feedback may affect your platform status.
You agree not to:
Directly solicit Customers you met through Ayoshub to bypass the platform.
Share personal contact details to avoid platform fees.
Violation may result in permanent removal and possible legal action.
Ayoshub may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms.
You receive repeated verified complaints.
You provide fraudulent information.
You engage in illegal or unethical behavior.
You may also voluntarily terminate your registration by written notice.
You agree to keep confidential:
Customer personal information.
Pricing agreements.
Platform business processes.
Any non-public information obtained through the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Ayoshub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
